    I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us. It’s been such a joy to look back on those candid memories that we otherwise wouldn’t have had. A great day-of coordinator brings peace of mind, organization, calm under pressure, and a sense of total trust, and Julie brought all of that and more. She was truly the glue that held everything together. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. I would highly, highly recommend Julie to any couple looking for a smooth, beautiful, stress-free wedding day.

    Julie from Dusty Rose Events LLC was a God-send! I decided a month before our wedding, that I needed a day of coordinator and oh I am so glad I did. Julie was FANTASTIC throughout the end planning process, all my tests and calls, and the day of coordination was perfect! She made sure to communicate effectively and made sure I knew what was going on and most importantly, kept my other vendors and guests on track. She helped set up some things the night before our wedding during the rehearsal which was a huge help! She set up everything for the day of, and she set it up PERFECTLY! The best part is she tore down all personal decor and delivered them to my house the next day! I had my dream wedding because of her. She was one of my biggest supporters and felt like a best friend throughout this. I highly recommend hiring Dusty Rose LLC because they will make your dream a reality and leave you stress free.
