Day of Coordinator
Julie was fantastic to work with! She communicated with us prior to the wedding via text message and phone call. The day before she helped me see my vision and calmed my nerves for the big day. Everything turned out wonderful!

Dusty Rose Events LLC was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, their communication was fast, reliable, and honest - they always kept us informed and on schedule. The quality of their work was simply beautiful and perfect, helping to make our special day run seamlessly. The owner, Julia, personally set up our centerpieces and coordinated our reception and ceremony spaces to perfection. She also kept all of our vendors informed and on time, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Hiring Dusty Rose Events as our day-of coordinator was worth every penny, and we're so glad we went with them to help make our wedding day truly magical.

From the moment we first reached out to Dusty Rose Events, we were impressed by their highly communicative, prompt, and responsive approach! Julie and her team were incredibly helpful, understanding, and receptive throughout the entire wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding, Julie went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. She coordinated the layout of our reception, ensured all of our decor and belongings were transferred to the right locations, and even helped guide our guests along the way. Additionally, their team packed up everything for us at the end of the night so neatly, making unpacking a breeze. We were so grateful for this!!! A few weeks after our wedding, Julie surprised us with beautiful videos she had created from our special day. Hiring Dusty Rose Events was truly one of the best decisions we made, and we highly recommend their services to any couple planning their wedding!!

She was efficient, prompt, friendly, and professional in her communication. She was available whenever I had questions and carefully walked through every detail with me, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Julie’s thoughtful and high-quality work was evident throughout our special day - she attended the venue walkthrough and rehearsal to make sure everything ran smoothly. She set up all of the decorations, indoor and out, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even went out to get more alcohol when our supply was running low. I cannot recommend Dusty Rose Events highly enough for any couple planning their wedding.
