I’m Crystal, the owner & principal wedding planner of CCE Weddings. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals & feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day! Based out of Charlotte, NC, I’ve been planning weddings for over ten years now. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my planner in hand & weddings on the brain. After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Communications and Sociology, I started planning weddings & events for Providence Country Club and The Club at Longview. In 2020, I decided to start my own planning company and become a Flight Attendant for Delta.

What sets me apart from your average wedding planner is my mission to be more than just a planner—think of me as a friend who knows a lot about weddings! I don’t clock in and out like a regular 9-to-5er; I’m here, ready to share my wedding wisdom 24/7! My goal? To make sure you feel totally at ease reaching out with any questions or worries, keeping the convo flowing like the champagne at your reception!

Crystal was amazing to work with. I began the process thinking that I would have to organize the wedding, decorate, and coordinate the day of because I was so lost and inexperienced. Thankfully, I came across Crystal on Instagram! I saw some of her work, and I saw that she had so much experience wedding planning. I was even more thankful that she also decorated for us! While meeting with Crystal the first time, we saw that she was very professional and organized. We knew we could trust her with our special day. She made the process so easy and digestible by providing vendors and a timeline for us to follow. She was also very responsive and provided answers to all of our questions. On our wedding day, there were a few hiccups outside of our control. Crystal handled everything gracefully. Our guests even continue to comment on how great and organized she was. Our wedding was also multicultural. Crystal easily accommodated our desires to celebrate both cultures, and she helped us transition throughout the evening smoothly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend CCE Weddings 10/10! We are very thankful for her making our special day so memorable!

Future brides!! Please do yourself a favor and choose Crystal Clear Events for your wedding. Come wedding day, Crystal and her team were absolutely amazing making sure that Alex and I were okay, everything was set up perfectly, and curated the most seamless event I have ever seen. Every member of my family commented on how amazing Crystal’s planning was! As an out-of-town couple, I was worried that us not being from the Charlotte area would make wedding planning complicated and cumbersome, but once Crystal came in, she immediately took the reigns and took the stress of wedding planning off of our shoulders. She’s smart, conscientious, hard-working, would pick up the phone/text back immediately no matter the time or day. She was extremely supportive and also helped voice my opinions to others when needed. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better wedding and it is all thanks to Crystal and CCE.

From the start, Crystal was everything we didn’t know we needed. Shortly after our engagement, my (now) husband and I had just lost a family member, and she not only helped us with a payment plan that worked for us, but she made sure we never felt like we were being treated differently. She worked with me for a year - helping with vendors, keeping me sane, and bringing my vision to life. And on the wedding day? She did everything. My dress straps popped with every hug - she had safety pins ready. My bridesmaids didn’t have bustles, so she created them on the spot. We had a last-minute venue issue - she handled it. When the rain forced a ceremony flip, she reorganized everything in 10 minutes. We were late to almost every meeting, off-script half the time, and definitely a rowdy bunch, but Crystal never lost her patience. By the end of the night, she felt like family. If you’re debating hiring a coordinator-just do it. And make sure it’s Crystal. Best decision we made since getting engaged, hands down!

Of course! We love to travel and have plenty of experience planning weddings outside our zip code. We have coordinated weddings all over the Carolinas. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over ten years of experience, we always make sure there is a backup plan for every unexpected situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise.

Depending on your timeline, we will work with you to maintain communication via in-person meetings and phone consultations to ensure we are always on the same page. If you’d rather chat by phone or prefer video to sit-down meetings, we are happy to accommodate your needs!

Let us know when you’re getting married, and we will let you know immediately whether or not we are available. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, we can help! It helps to have 2-3 dates in mind before deciding on your venue & other vendors.

This depends on the logistics & and budget of your wedding, but you will always have at least one on-site coordinator on the day of your wedding.

We work with couples of various budgets and are always happy to gauge whether or not we are within your price range prior to an initial consultation. Our wedding planning services start at $1800 and go up from there if additional services are added. Holiday weekends have an additional surcharge of $200. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over 80 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process!

We assist with contract review, however, we do not assist with vendor payments.

Each vendor we work with has their own policy regarding discounts, but we can ensure that you will be receiving the very best pricing available. We are proud to work with highly seasoned wedding professionals.
