I'm Carmen, the owner and lead coordinator and I work alongside two of the most incredible women in my life - my sister Elena and my sister-in-law Arnela. Together, we make up a passionate team of wedding professionals who thrive on turning dreams into seamless, joy-filled celebrations.
As a proud Veteran-owned small business, we bring discipline, heart, and attention to detail in every event we plan. Each member of our team brings a unique flair to the table: Elena's creativity, Arnela's calm, yet proactive spirit, and my love for structure and timeliness ensure that every detail is handled with care and precision, and every bride has a trust planner they can trust.

Exceeded our Expectations & a Delight to Work With
Carmen's Weddings provided exceptional service and care throughout our wedding planning process. Their communication was always detailed, and they were sure to remember every request we made, no matter how small. They were also incredibly flexible, adapting to any changes we needed. On the day of our wedding, the Carmen's Weddings team was attentive not only to us, the bride and groom, but also to all of our guests, ensuring everyone felt welcome and taken care of. The quality of their work was truly exceptional, and we felt their genuine care for making our special day perfect. Her communication was clear and tactful. She was hired as a day of coordinator yet she would periodically check in with me months leading up to the wedding. I was able to share my timeline and outline of the wedding to her and she made notes and clarified things that I missed! She was professional and very pleasant during the wedding!

Carmen planned my 50th birthday. It was a perfect venue, and well attended. We all had so much fun! And I didn’t have to do anything! I recommend Carmen‘s weddings to anyone who wants to have a stress-free, memorable occasion!
Amazing Event!
Carmen planned and coordinated my wonderful baby shower. The event was beautiful and heartfelt while being professionally managed. Carmen listened to my few ideas and wishes to create an unforgettable event for my friends and family. She handled the venue, invitations, catering food and desserts, decorations (with beautiful greeting station and tasteful gift area), events and coordinated the cleanup. The day of the event she was able to keep events running on time and smoothly so everyone had a great time and we stayed within our allotted venue time. Nobody else was even aware that a few things didn't go as planned because she handled them seamlessly. My Mom, who suffers from high anxiety, was having such a great time she wasn't anxious at all and I'm so grateful that she was able to focus on celebrating instead of worrying about anything! If you're hoping for a beautiful, worry-free event Carmen is the right person for the job!
