What started as a collection of curated rentals, quickly grew into full coordination and planning services designed to support you through every detail of your big day. Today, our team is dedicated to making your experience seamless. From thoughtful planning to flawless execution, we’re here to turn your ideas into an unforgettable celebration. For the couple who: Has started planning but wants professional guidance to refine the details, stay organized, and ensure their vision comes together beautifully. We’ll collaborate with you to review plans, offer expert advice, help book remaining vendors, and keep everything organized, so your day feels effortless, cohesive, and completely true to your vision. In this package, our journey with you begins 6-8 months prior to your big day.

Our Day-of Coordination service is perfect for couples who’ve planned their wedding but want a smooth, stress-free day. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we step in to review your plans, confirm details, and create a clear timeline. On the big day, we manage vendors, setup, timing, and any behind-the-scenes needs so everything runs effortlessly. You get to relax, be present, and enjoy every moment while we handle the details.

From pre-wedding to post-wedding events and even simple décor setup on the big day, we offer a variety of À la Carte services. These options are designed to support you and your family before, during, and after the celebration. They’re also perfect if you’re looking for customized setup assistance without needing a full day-of coordinator, allowing you to relax and enjoy your morning stress-free.

    Kaylee was absolutely amazing! She thought of so many small details that I never would have realized were missing without her. From start to finish, she was incredibly organized, calm, and attentive — making sure every part of the day went perfectly. On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly that I was able to fully relax and enjoy each moment. She eased all of my nerves and made the entire day run so smoothly. I can’t imagine our wedding without her — truly the best decision we made!
