Sarah Bloom

Sarah Bloom is a photographer, filmmaker and storyteller drawn to the dark, dirty magic of human connection. She makes art in an attempt to capture moments that feel raw - intimate - alive, like lightning in a bottle.

Sarah's background in cinema carries an indelible influence on her work. She went to film school, with the intention of making films full of romance, whimsy and humor. When she picked up the camera, she fell in love - and found a new way to tell stories. Photography allowed Sarah to connect with the beauty and art that already exists everywhere - between us, inside us, all around us.

On the day of, Sarah captured our wedding in a way that was detailed, voicy, with a unique lens that showcased the raw, beautiful moments. Sarah even made our welcome party look like an A24 feature film launch! She was quick, nice and communicative, going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.
