Hi! My name is Serena and I am a New York based photographer. My goal is to capture genuine moments between my couples and to enjoy the process along the way. I want all of my couples galleries to feel authentically them.

My work is heavily inspired by documentary and editorial fashion photography. I also draw creative influence from my background in traditional ballet; I want my photos to feel like the fluidity, and grace of dance, with the hint of editorial flare.

    Serena Morin Photography is an amazing photographer! We booked her for an engagement shoot and although we were very nervous at first, her communication style is easy, clear, and fun, which helped put us at ease during our photo shoot. We were a bit late to meet her and started off feeling a bit rushed (which is completely on us), but Serena made us feel comfortable to open up, and by the end we were much more relaxed and confident in front of the camera. Serena gave us clear direction while also capturing the raw, pure moments that we'll treasure forever. The quality of her work is beautiful and classic while also capturing the candid moments. She is so kind and easy-going, and the photos she's taken of us are absolutely stunning. She made the entire process feel easy, even though we were very nervous to have our picture professionally taken for the first time.     From the moment I met Serena, I knew she understood the vision — natural, lifestyle photography that would capture the cozy, memorable moments of our neighborhood. We walked our usual loop through Central Park, and she used her artistic eye to beautifully showcase both our love and the beauty of the city we call home. Serena made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera, turning what could have felt like a “photo shoot” into a morning spent laughing and reminiscing, even my husband who doesn’t love the camera as much had a blast! The result is a stunning collection of photos we’ll cherish forever — especially now that we’re leaving NYC. We cannot recommend Serena enough! Some of our friends have since booked her based on our experience, and their galleries have been just as breathtaking. Serena has a true gift.
