Hi, I'm Liz! I'm based in Lynchburg, VA. I moved here from Los Angeles where I studied Fashion Design and Merchandising. Photography has been a huge passion of mine since I was in middle school but one class in college that really sparked my interest again. When the Pandemic hit, I was 6 months pregnant and starting to realize that I didn't enjoy my job anymore. I was so tired of working 50-60 hours a week and realized the most important thing to me was to be there to raise my child. So, that was that and here I am.
I love capturing the best days and moments of your lives and would love to be considered. No crazy posing or inauthentic requirements for your photos.I have been so blessed over the past 4 years to meet some amazing clients that have trusted and continue trusting me enough to capture images that will last them a lifetime.

Amazing service!
Rustic Rose Photography was the perfect choice for our wedding photography. From our first interaction, Elizabeth's communication was efficient, fast, and detailed, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, she catered to our needs, capturing beautiful, personal, and professional photos that truly reflect the joy and intimacy of our special day. I would recommend Elizabeth's services to anyone in the Central VA area!
Would not recommend- but fine product
Our experience with Rustic Rose Photography was disappointing. Their communication was very limited and delayed - they preferred to text rather than email, which made it difficult to get timely responses. While the photos they did provide were well-done and showed their photographic skill, they failed to deliver all the parts of the package as described on their website. Additionally, they did not meet a single deadline throughout the entire process. Overall, the value we received did not match what was promised, and I would not recommend them to other couples.

Working with Rustic Rose Photography was the best experience! She completed both engagement and wedding pictures for us. I am not someone who loves to be in front of a camera, but Liz uses really natural prompts to make you feel like yourself and feel good. At my wedding, she was really supportive and even checked in with me to see if I needed water or food. She’s always prompt and fun to work with. Hiring her was one of the best decisions I made when wedding planning. I can’t wait to scheduled more sessions with her in the future because she has a way of capturing the warmth of a moment in such a special way.
