I'm an inclusive photographer, working hard to tell your honest story through photographs. I welcome people from all walks of life. I don't welcome assholes -- bigots be damned. My Philosophy? I believe in capturing the big moments, but the small moments too. I believe in being true to yourself and true to each other. I believe in capturing true emotions, both good and bad. I believe that photographs are keys that can unlock the past after years have gone by, and that looking at the past is how we move towards the future.
I'm not just a photographer-- I am a friend, planner, confidant, project manager, and advocate. I'll always be looking out for you and sharing all of my best resources so that you have the day of your dreams. Clients have described me as a photo ninja--I am able to be everywhere the action is happening without intruding on your moment. Fantastic experience, amazing engagement photos.
Meghan Blanton Photography was incredible to work with for our engagement photos. From the start, Meghan's communication style was professional, clear, and directive - exactly what we needed to feel confident and prepared. The quality of the work was incredible, and Meghan expertly directed the shoot to ensure we got the perfect shots. Meghan provided clear instruction and guidance on what we were supposed to do to get the best photos, and she was awesome to work with overall, very accommodating when we had a couple obstacles scheduling the photoshoot due to weather at attempt 1, and the sunflower field location we chose not having sunflowers on attempt 2. Meghan was very flexible and found a new location that worked beautifully. We are thrilled with the final photos and highly recommend Meghan Blanton Photography.
