Hey there! My name is Marian. Part Norwegian and part American, I've been living and shooting in the greater Boston area for the last decade, capturing special moments for couples, restaurants, small businesses, families, and so much more!

    Marian has been the photographer for all of my family’s big life moments from weddings to maternity and newborn, most recently my wedding 10/25/25. She is a true professional - prepared, timely, personable, kind, communicative, skilled, and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure what to do in our portrait session, and Marian guided us through different poses and locations at our venue, scoping out where we needed to go for the right lighting. Photographers can be very expensive, especially for weddings, and I found her packages very reasonably priced, and her turnaround was incredible. 10/10 would recommend. Shawn and I love you, Marian!

    Marian was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made sure to capture all of the best moments of the wedding while still ensuring that it was an intimate, family moment. The final results reflected the emotions at the time, and the delivery of the photos was unbelievably quick, while maintaining such a high quality. I would personally recommend Marian for any important occasion.

    Marian photographed our wedding and she truly made our dreams come true. Leading up to the wedding, Marian was extremely communicative and made sure to go over everything so that she captured every important moment. Her preparation for the day made everything run smoothly and seamlessly. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. She’s an amazing listener who fully understood exactly what kind of photos I wanted with capturing candid moments. Capturing the photos didn’t feel forced at all and she allowed me to be present in the moment. On top of her professional work, Marian’s kindness shined throughout everything and it was a joy to work with her.     We recently had the pleasure of working with Marian for our daughter's post-wedding celebration, and we can’t recommend her highly enough! From the very first meeting, she impressed us with her kindness, genuine enthusiasm, creativity and thoroughness. Her creativity really shone through in the way she captured our moments. Each photo told a story, blending candid shots with stunning posed portraits that truly reflected our personalities. She had a great eye for detail, finding unique angles and backgrounds that added an artistic touch. Organization was another standout quality. Marian contacted us several times before the event to make sure we had what we needed. Further, she had us give her a 'point person' to direct her to the people on our 'photo list' so that she was not interrupting the bride and groom. We appreciated her graceful presence, barely even knowing she was there. Overall, Marian was an absolute joy to work with. She was thoughtful about our budget and, as an added bonus, edited and sent us the photos within 48 hours!
