Hi there! I’m Jen and the girl behind the camera of Golden Thistle Photography. The Scottish Thistle has a special place in my heart because of my family's Scottish heritage. The Thistle has beautiful flower heads, viciously sharp thorns, a stubborn grip on the land, and the defiant ability to flourish in spite of any efforts to remove it. The Thistle is resilient and something I strive to be.

I fell madly in love with photography because I wanted to capture moments that people will cherish forever. Life is truly such a beautiful thing and photos are a wonderful way to help remember it all. I want to be there for you with my camera in hand and a smile on my face.
