I have never considered myself just one thing. I am an artist, an author, a storyteller, a mother, a hopeless romantic, a Texan, a journalist, an animal lover, a college graduate, a friend, a nice person, a grandmother, a naturalist, a computer geek, a wife, a perpetual learner, and the list goes on and on.

So, what sets me apart from other photographers? The answer has to be the wisdom and love that comes from the myriad of experiences in my life and the ability to see that although the kiss is very very important it is the split second before and after the kiss that tells the story. I hope that I am given the privilege of telling your story!
