Jon was our officiant and Meg led our coordination for the wedding day with Jon by her side after the ceremony! To say we were beyond relieved to have this insane DREAM TEAM taking care of everything on our wedding day would be an understatement. We had some unexpected vendor cancellations in the week leading up to our wedding day, one being the caterer and Jon stepped in and found us the best caterer to come in and do everything last minute and then one being our coordinator but Meg stepped in and took care of everything in a way we could have only dreamed was possible. The ceremony was put together by Jon so beautifully and Meg had all of our vendors contacted, updated with timelines, and confirmed so that we had absolutely no worries whatsoever on our wedding day. They also took all of our florals and decorations and made our setup and table scape a vision out of our Pinterest dreams. Our vendors were constantly complimenting how organized and professional, as well as kind and fun, this dynamic duo was to work with! I 1000000/10 recommend using Jon and Meg to make your wedding day everything it should be and more!

Having Jon from Woodland Weddings as our officiant was one of the most meaningful parts of our entire wedding day. From our very first conversation, Jon made us feel comfortable, heard, and truly seen as a couple. He took the time to get to know us, our story, and what we wanted our ceremony to reflect and then he delivered something more beautiful than we ever imagined. Jon brought warmth, sincerity, and a gentle presence that made our ceremony feel intimate and deeply personal. His words were thoughtful, his delivery heartfelt, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the crowd (ours included). He struck the perfect balance of emotion and lightness, helping us feel grounded and present in one of the most important moments of our lives. We are so grateful for the care and love Jon poured into our ceremony. We hired Jon and Megan for officiating and coordination and they were truly the dream team. Jon created a ceremony that felt so genuine and personal. It had everyone laughing, tearing up, and fully present in the moment. At the same time, Megan was behind the scenes making sure everything stayed on track without ever interrupting. They brought such a calm and steady presence. Our wedding was smooth, heartfelt, and everything we hoped it would be. We can’t thank them enough!

Hiring Megan for coordination was hands down one of the smartest decisions we made during the planning process. She jumped in with confidence, handled every detail with care, and made sure the entire day ran smoothly from start to finish. She worked so well with our vendors, kept everything on schedule, and somehow made it all feel easy. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress.
