I was a witness at a wedding performed by Norm. I was very impressed with how Norm was able to help people there relax and feel at ease. People were enjoying themselves while they waited for the actual event to begin. Norm was professional and gracious while performing the ceremony. Norm didn't rush for the door after the ceremony but lingered to make sure he delivered best of luck wishes and hearty congratulations to the couple. If I was getting married, Norm would be the person I'd want officiating.
