Welcome! I'm Jamie Nicholas, the proud founder of Cloud 9 Weddings. I've been officiating weddings since 2010 & I can say with absolute certainty: I LOVE what I do. Every couple, every love story, every ceremony is a treasured memory. Every couple has a beautiful story to tell, & it’s my passion to bring that story to life in words. I take the time to get to know my couples so that each ceremony reflects their unique love story. Whether your vision is an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, your ceremony will be perfectly crafted, authentic, & unforgettable. My goal is to make your special day as magical & unique as your love story.

I have been officiating weddings for over 15 years and what I've learned is that each couple is unique, each love story is unique, and each ceremony is unique. I pride myself in truly getting to know my couple's and bringing their vision to life to create a ceremony they'll never forget.

Cloud 9 Weddings is the perfect officiant choice. Jamie, the lead officiant, has a truly kind and thoughtful communication style that made my couples feel valued and cared for throughout the entire process. She was incredibly intentional in getting to know my couples as people and committed to telling their unique love story in a meaningful and heartfelt way during the ceremonies. Jamie was fantastic to work with! She was open minded to all of our preferences and really understood how to highlight our love story. She was willing to talk us through everything and made edits as we requested. She even filled in last minute when our planner could not make it to the rehearsal and executed smoothly. She alleviated so much stress and added value to our day. Her calming presence on the day of was exactly what we both needed to feel our best. She was professional and kept us on track of paperwork while keeping romance as the focus for us.
