The communication with Kimberly Shadani Agency was a bit slow, as they primarily communicated through email and their responses often took several days. However, the quality of their work was amazing - the hair and makeup looked perfect and exactly like the inspiration photos we provided. While Kimberly was about an hour late on the day of the wedding, which caused some stress as everything had to shift forward by 45 minutes to an hour, the end result was flawless. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of Kimberly's work, even if the communication process could have been smoother.
