I am a traveling bridal artist and esthetician based in Philadelphia with over 13 years of experience. My passion runs deep for beauty making all my brides look and feel beautiful on your wedding day. Timeless glam is an effortless beauty we create that will last a lifetime.

We are a mobile makeup only business we do not offer hair services on our team. However we do travel locally, internationally, and world wide. Specializing in bridal makeup, tattoo cover up, all skin types and skin tones. Our studio is located in Springfield, PA where all of our luxury facials, bridal trials and one on one classes are held. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chloe! As someone who doesn’t regularly wear makeup, I was a little nervous about the whole process, but Chloe immediately made me feel comfortable, understood, and confident. She truly listened to what I wanted and created a look that felt like me, only elevated. What made the experience even more special is that Chloe is not only a talented makeup artist but also an esthetician. That combination was a total game changer! She helped me establish a great skincare routine leading up to the wedding, and it made such a difference. My skin looked and felt incredible, which showed in how flawless and natural my makeup turned out. On my wedding day, I felt absolutely beautiful and confident. My husband, family, and friends are still talking about how stunning and perfectly done my makeup was. Chloe’s talent, professionalism, and calming presence made the entire experience such a joy from start to finish. From the very first moment I met Chloe, her sweet and gentle spirit put me completely at ease. I knew instantly I could trust her to bring my vision to life. Beyond her incredible talent as a makeup artist, Chloe genuinely cares about skin health, which was so important to me. The makeup she applied felt light and natural, yet it lasted flawlessly throughout the entire day – from getting ready, through the ceremony, and all the way to the last dance at the reception. Booking her for touch-ups throughout the day was the best decision! She was incredibly attentive, ensuring my makeup looked perfect in every single photograph. I am so grateful to have worked with her and her amazing team. What truly touched me was how wonderful she was with my mother, who suffers from eczema. Chloe was so gentle and understanding, and made her feel absolutely beautiful. In fact, she made all of us feel radiant, beautiful, and stunning on such a special day. Makeup by Chloe was absolutely wonderful to work with for my wedding day! They were highly communicative, getting back to me immediately and addressing all of my needs. The quality of their work was exceptional - I felt absolutely beautiful, and was so appreciative of the professionalism of Chloe and her team. In addition to two flawless makeup looks for my two wedding events, my bridal package even included a fabulous facial that had me feeling refreshed and prepped for the big day. The end result was truly beautiful work that I'm so grateful for. Chloe made me feel and look even more beautiful. I was able to book Chloe for my bridal party as well. Chloe and her assistant absolutely slayed our make up. She was so professional and I never had any issues with communication. I couldn't have asked for a better make up artist between the two of them. My bridal party could not stop raving about how well their make up came out. They knew exactly the kind of look we were going for (Soft glam) and the execution was impeccable. Chloe, I did not want to take my make up off at the end of the night. I can't believe how amazing it looked, I was so sad to remove it. Thank you so much for all your hard work and you have my recommendation 10/10.
