Johana was an absolute delight to work with for my wedding day! From the very first consultation, she was so warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly descriptive in explaining her process and expertise. I could tell immediately that she was extremely passionate about her work. On the day of the wedding, Johana’s work was nothing short of perfection. My makeup looked even better than it did at the trial (which I didn't think was possible lol). She has an incredible eye for detail and truly made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. Johana is also such a vibe, so funny and sweet and just so real- I love her. My makeup held up perfectly through all of the tears and sweat, I didn't even use my touch-up kit. I recommend Alissa Joy Makeup Artistry (Johana specifically) to any bride without hesitation!

There aren’t enough stars to rate how amazing working with Alissa and her team was. Besides being the best in the game, Alissa’s professionalism, communication and personality make her stand out far above the rest. We planned our wedding almost 2 years out and as soon as I booked her, I felt instantly better about wedding stress. Between fitting 9 ladies in her chair in one morning, the top tier products she uses, a touch up kit alllll of the vibes she brings, we couldn’t have asked for a better MUA. I truly feel bad for any bride who doesn’t have Alissa and her team on their big day. If you’re looking for a MUA artist, I promise you, THIS is the one! We love you Alissa!!! ️ The Catricala’s

Can't capture it all into words how incredible this team of artists is! Brooke did my makeup for my engagement party and wedding and I could not be more thrilled and blessed by her work. She is incredibly talented, kind, professional, and communicative. I feel so grateful to have had Alissa as the makeup artist for my wedding day! She was so easy to talk with and made me look and feel my absolute best. She is so attentive to detail, even making subtle changes on the day-of to improve the final look! Not only was I thrilled with my makeup, but it didn’t budge all night. Even after we ran around in the pouring rain for over an hour on our wedding day, my makeup still looked incredible at the end of the night. I really can’t recommend Alissa enough!
