We are farmer florists, creating locally-sourced, sustainably grown, seasonal floral arrangements for St. Louis-area weddings since 2018. If you’re looking for outside-the-ordinary wedding flowers, you’ve found them.

Our designs are filled with life, color, and movement. We draw our inspiration from the time we spend ‘off the beaten path’ in Midwestern forests and prairies. Each bouquet is rich in the flowers, branches, seedpods, leaves, berries, and vines that embody the season of your wedding and the elegance of the natural world. Many of the varieties we use you won’t find at any other florist. We strive to maintain the natural world with our business practices, which are low-waste and low-emissions, respecting all living things human and otherwise.

    The Wild Ginger team were incredible! They were so thoughtful in their planning, coordination, and taking time to discuss options and budget. I don't know much about flowers and didn't have a plan, so they came up with a vision, designed everything. and then made their vision come alive. They even helped me find ways to weave my something new, old, borrowed and blue into my ceremony by finding ways to build them into my bouquet and chuppah. The team worked so hard and they didn't just decorate the venue - they built the atmosphere with their hard work and beautiful designs. I am so thankful for Wild Ginger Weddings, and I could not recommend them highly enough.

    Wild Ginger is a small sustainable florist located in South City. Carolyn was really easy to work with and always followed up for clarification. She flexible and made everything work within my budget. The arrangements were breathtaking. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were. My venue’s manager was so impress that she mentioned she wanted to add Wild Ginger to their list of recommended vendors (I really hope she followed through with that!). Carolyn is an amazing artist and I whole heartily recommend Wild Ginger.

    Wild Ginger Weddings did such an amazing job with our wedding – we recommend them without reservation! The arrangements and bouquets were so beautiful and unique – Wild Ginger incorporated native plants and flowers from Missouri and even designed a custom wreath for our wedding arbor (and we loved the wreath so much that we let the blooms dry, and hung it on our wall for the year after our wedding!) Early on in the planning process, we didn’t have a clear vision of exactly what kinds of flowers we wanted, and Carolyn (the owner) was extremely thoughtful in helping us figure out how the flower arrangements could highlight our style as a couple and create the vibe that we wanted to bring to our outdoor wedding, while staying within our budget. On the day-of, they were prompt, professional – and managed a bit of unexpected rain during the set-up time without flinching -- and everything was gorgeous. We really had a great experience, and can’t recommend Wild Ginger highly enough.
