At Sunset Florals LLC, we want to establish connection with my clients to make their floral vision come true, create beautiful designs and pieces that make a statement, strive to use eco-friendly techniques, and be a part of giving back to my community. I have a unique career background in occupational therapy and event planning/coordination. I truly love helping others and identifying their needs/desires to make a statement with flowers on their wedding day. We offer floral preservation (pressed florals) for our clients.

We strive to provide the best customer service and high-quality work with every client. We value connecting with our potential and current clients throughout the wedding planning process to truly understand their wedding vision. When working with us, you are supporting multiple small business and the environment because we get local flowers as much as possible! We take the time to discuss options to avoid throwing away the flowers after your event & will help coordinate. We offer floral preservation options directly with me so you don't have to deal with shipping your flowers. Booking 2025/2026!

Description

Minimum is $4,000 for this package. Full-services for you event include: future consults to finalize details of your vision, mood board creation more details such as colors/flowers & discussion, venue visit when needed, email communications, design, delivery, set-up, repurposing, teardown the day of the event, and donation coordination if desired for after the event. Doing rentals is an option to meet your needs and will be able to be set up and broken down by my team.

Rachel and Sunset Florals made the gorgeous day we had for our Washington D.C. wedding even more beautiful with the arrangements she created! From the start of the planning process, throughout wedding day, Rachel was thoughtful, attentive, and brought our vision to life. We were so happy with the bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony, and reception florals she designed for us - they perfectly encapsulated the vision we had for springtime, and she was even able to incorporate dogwood into the design! Rachel truly cares about her clients and their experience, and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to be a part of our special day.

HIRE RACHEL! I only have positive things to say about our experience with Rachel and Sunset Florals, LLC for our wedding. From the start, she was thoughtful and intent on bringing our vision for our "disco garden party" to life. She was easy to communicate with and made sure we were involved with every decision. The wedding florals were perfect, please see photos! My husband loved his boutenniere, I loved my bouquet and the whole room shone because of her work (literally). She even made a matching collar for our dog! It is so obvious how much Rachel cares and wants her couples to be happy! She was such a positive energy to have around and definitely put some of my jitters on ease :) Again can't say enough positive things!! Highly recommend!
