Rachel Hiemer Studio is a wedding and event floral studio located in Charlotte, NC. My floral career began in Milwaukee, WI over 10 years ago and now created my business here in Charlotte with a focus on wedding and event floristy. I have a huge passion for flowers and foliage and love to discover new varieties. I love working with brides to create a beautiful vision for their ideal wedding day. From lush bouquets and centerpieces to floral arches and installations, I will make your wedding vision come to life.

Rachel Hiemer Studio is a family owned and operated team with a focus on making your wedding day stress-free so you can enjoy everything you planned. There are so many choices to make when selecting your vendor team and I hope to make choosing a florist simple. I love to create a warm environment with my clients so they feel comfortable asking questions or expressing their needs.

    Rachel Hiemer Studio was the perfect wedding florist for our special day. From our initial consultation, Rachel was fast to respond, flexible with my changing vision, and incredibly patient as we worked through the details. The end result was a high-quality floral design that perfectly captured my wedding aesthetic. Rachel made a stunning flower arch that was everything I could've asked for, and she even figured out how to beautifully incorporate hydrangeas, which can be tricky for a multi-hour event. The setup and breakdown were seamless, and Rachel was lovely to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend Rachel Hiemer Studio to any couple in need of a talented, professional florist for their wedding.

    If you are in need of anything remotely related to florals...STOP RIGHT HERE and scroll no more! You have just unequivocally found the best of the best, top notch, state-of-the-art, unmatched, creative floral geniuses on the planet! I am the MOB and was my daughter's wedding planner. We had so many details and moving parts to her recent wedding. We needed a florist who could think creatively and outside the box. For example, my daughter wanted to carry an airy, elegant, classy bouquet with a variety of sophisticated white flowers & greenery. However, when she got to the end of the aisle with her father on wedding day, she wanted each bridesmaid to approach her one by one and add a piece of their beautiful colored bouquets into hers. This was to signify that her best friends added the "color" and joy into her life over the years. It was a very intentional, significant act, yet one that would require a floral artist to think outside the box on how to logistically make that work. It's one thing to think it and quite another to bring it to life. Rachel listened intently to our vision and said "let me get to work on that". We had spoken to other florists before finding her that merely tried to dissuade us, strongly suggesting that it wasn't possible. Only ONE florist, Rachel Hiemer, made it happen and never once suggested that our dream couldn't become a reality. She far surpassed our expectations and I literally cried when she delivered the arrangements on wedding day. And that's just a single example of many that she pulled off. She has an uncanny way of making you feel as though you are her only client and has access to the most amazing, unique flowers I didn't even know existed. She is professional, patient, responsive, communicative and goes way above and beyond for each and every client. She has a "can-do" attitude and greets every challenge with grace. I promise you will be forever grateful you chose Rachel to stand in your corner for any important event needing florals that make a statement and provide a lasting impression that people will remember and talk about for years to come. She's a VIP in our contact list for sure!

    Working with Rachel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Rachel was not only a more affordable and flexible option, but she also brought so much warmth and personality to the entire process. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and regularly checked in, making sure every detail aligned with my vision. I loved chatting with her, not just about flowers, but everything wedding-related and beyond. She truly went above and beyond by picking up and setting up our table décor on the big day, which was such a huge help. Rachel brought my ideas to life beautifully, and I can’t recommend her enough!

    Rachel went above and beyond for my wedding. We had three zoom calls and several emails for flower arrangement details. Not only was the design and quality great, she was fairly priced. She contacted the venue, made a personal trip to get measurements of the area for flower design. She arrived early in the pouring rain to set up flowers and came back afterwards to take them down. The flowers we did not keep she donated to the local hospital.
