Hi! My name is Jennifer, and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA, where I began my floral journey at a boutique flower shop in the valley. In 2017, I moved to San Diego, CA, and then to Louisville, KY, in 2021. I have been in the floral industry for about 9 years. I started my business in 2019 as jchristine designs and recently did a rebrand where Persephone was born.

My job as your florist is to make your floral dreams a reality. Every floral piece is thoughtfully designed using premium, seasonal blooms that best fit your color palette, style, and design concept. I love experimenting with a mix of fresh & dried florals to create elevated & imaginative designs and love designing for those with a unique, non-traditional floral style. If you're out of state and want me to be your florist, I will travel to make your day extra special. If that is not within your budget, I ship all dried wedding pieces so I can still be a part of it from afar!

    Even two years later, I still find myself looking at the photos and smiling, remembering how perfectly everything came together. I had a hard time articulating my vision, but through my scattered texts and inspiration photos, Jen somehow created the wedding arrangements of my dreams—even including the citrus I had been longing for. Since then, I’ve turned to her for other special milestones, and she continues to exceed expectations. I’ll be supporting her business for years to come.

    I was so excited when I saw my flowers for the wedding. They 100% felt like a representation of me and my husband and they were absolutely beautiful. She knocked it out of the park. My parents were also super impressed with how they looked and I had guests taking her information for future events. I can’t recommend her enough.

    Hands down the best florist. Everything I've seen Jen create is absolutely stunning and I knew right away I wanted her to do the florals for my wedding. I live close to Kentucky but decided to get married in Michigan. She was so easy to work with and was able to easily find a wholesaler semi close to where I was getting married and traveled I picked a few flowers I've seen her use before that I loved and told her to pick whatever else she thought would look good and she did not disappoint. If you want unique, stunning pieces from an amazing artist she's your girl.

    Picking my wedding florist was the easiest decision because I made it before we even got engaged. I’d seen Jen’s florals on social media and knew they were exactly what I wanted! Unique, stunning, and creative with different types of elements- not just florals.
