Nice girl and we were happy with the centerpieces and arbor and sweetheart arrangements. However, we were not happy with the boutonniers and my bridal bouquet at all. My bouquet flowers seemed to already be dying when they were delivered and just seemed like not much effort was put into it . We made it pretty clear that we wanted all boutonniers to be mixed colors of red and ivory and all we got was a single rose with nothing on it . Not even a little greenery or at least babies breath. They were so plain and just didn’t seem like wedding quality . But there’s not much you can do when it’s already your wedding day. I had also asked for a bouquet toss arrangement but we never got it. I ended up having to use my own bouquet for the flower toss . Overall , not very happy how they turned out .

Hi Katia, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I'm truly sorry to hear that some of the florals didn't hold up as expected. During our consultation I did mention that dahlias are very delicate and can wilt quickly, especially in heat and when not placed in water. This is why the arbor, sweetheart and centerpieces which all had water sources held up beautifully. For the asile chairs, I actually choose to use roses instead of dahlias, & thank God I did because the weather was extremely hot and I wanted to ensure the best possible outcome for you. Regarding the toss bouquet I did provide it along with the rose petals and I let your planner know where I placed them. I also included the toss bouquet at no additional charge because I wanted to make the experience special for you. I value your feedback as it helps me to continue to grow.
