Floral design caught Kaitlyn off guard in the best way. A few years ago, she took a workshop on flower arranging and it was then that something ignited within her. She started creating arrangements and giving them as gifts, taught workshops using those same skills she learned, and used floral arranging as a form of her own self-care. “I love that no two floral arrangements are the same. You can use the same elements in two arrangements, but they’re all one-of-a-kind. Working with flowers is so peaceful, and it brings such joy to create something beautiful and unique." Kaitlin was especially helpful in providing feedback and creative input throughout the planning process. She truly understood the vision we had for the florals and arrangements, and her expertise was invaluable during the busy wedding planning season. The bouquets and ikebana arrangements turned out beautifully. I'm was so happy with my bridal bouquet that I decided to have it preserved so I can enjoy the flowers every day and remember our special day. It's evident that Kaitlyn takes pride in her craft as a florist. I've always adored seasonal farm flowers and regularly grab a bouquet from the farmers market for my home. I told Kaitlyn I'd love the same kind of organic shape and mixture of these kinds of spring bouquets and she blew me out of the water when I saw them on my wedding day. She nailed the color scheme and delicacy I had envisioned, and my whole wedding party was stunned at the beauty of the bouquets. She also executed our vision for the arbor flowers and guest tables perfectly — we truly couldn't have been more happy with how it turned out and captured the tone of our wedding. On top of that, she's a great communicator and was always swift to respond to any questions or adjustments.
