Delivery and setup fees are calculated as a percentage of the total floral order (typically 15–20% depending on location and scope). This approach allows us to manage all the details with care so your flowers arrive beautifully and your event day feels effortless.

Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?

Yes. To create the kind of floral artistry our couples expect, we have a $5,000 minimum for weddings. This allows us to design with premium seasonal blooms and provide full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown. Every proposal is tailored to your celebration, ensuring your flowers feel intentional, abundant, and reflective of your unique style.

How far in advance should we order our wedding flowers?

We recommend securing your date 9–12 months in advance for peak season weddings (spring and fall), and at least 6 months in advance for other times of the year. This allows us to source the best seasonal flowers, reserve your date, and fully customize your floral vision.

What should we expect at our consultation? Do we need to bring anything?

Our initial consultation is simple and convenient — a phone, Zoom, or Google Meet call that fits easily into your schedule. It’s an interview-style conversation where we get to know one another and explore your vision. From there, we create a tailored proposal, and once booked, we’ll schedule a venue walk-through or in-person meeting as needed. You don’t need to bring anything — just share what excites you most, and we’ll guide the rest with care and creativity.

Do you handle flower breakdown after the ceremony?

Yes. Our delivery and setup fee (typically 15–20% of the floral order) includes full end-of-event breakdown. This means our team not only delivers and installs your flowers but also returns after your celebration to carefully collect, repurpose, or remove designs as needed. Should you choose not to have us handle breakdown — for example, if family or friends wish to take arrangements home — your percentage fee will be adjusted toward the lower end. This service ensures you can relax and leave the details to us while your venue is restored with ease.

Can you provide any decor other than flowers?

Yes. In addition to lush floral designs, we offer a curated collection of décor elements to complete your event look. Our inventory includes tabletop vessels, candlelight, and styling pieces that belong exclusively to our studio, ensuring cohesion across your design. We also provide ceremony arches and select rental décor for enhancing spaces such as aisles, entries, or perimeters. During your consultation, we’ll review all options and tailor a full design plan so your florals and décor work seamlessly together.
