Toss & Fire is an award winning wood-fired pizzeria and catering company in Central New York! We cater various events throughout the area with our wood-fired pizza trucks. We also operate two brick & mortar locations in Camillus and North Syracuse.

Fresh Neapolitan inspired pizzas baked inside 1000 degree wood-burning ovens imported from Italy! Our unique combinations combined with old world cooking styles create lots of fun and unique pizza combinations that will keep your guests talking about the experience for years to come.

We used Toss & Fire’s mobile pizza truck for our wedding on 5/25/25 and they were a HUGE HIT. Honestly, the pizza was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The crust was soft & chewy with a perfect balance of sauce, cheese & toppings. I live in Manhattan, and I’m genuinely struggling to find pizza half as good. Leading up to the wedding, the team at Toss & Fire were a dream to work with. The hardest part was deciding what to order off their menu, but they were incredibly flexible and we were able to craft the perfect order to the size and scale of our wedding. I’m a vegetarian and my husband is not, and we were both perfectly happy with our orders. We also wanted to accommodate our vegans & gluten free guests, and it couldn’t have been easier. The team informed us that they travel with GF crusts and vegan cheese, and could make any of our pizzas special for dietary restrictions. We even had an especially sensitive GF guest able to request having GF pizzas made first before the oven was shared with demon gluten. No one laughed or rolled their eyes, which is the minimum I was expecting. At our wedding, the food truck staff was exceptional. They called us (the bride & groom) up first, reminding us that the couple never eat at their own weddings, so we were to get first orders. I even saw them running specialty (vegan, etc) orders directly to tables. At the end of the night all the leftovers were boxed up and eagerly brought home by our guests! Their personal touch cannot be overstated. They travelled pretty far out of their way to be a part of our wedding, and were so tremendously grateful that they did. It’s two weeks later now, and I’m still dreaming about those pizzas.

Toss & Fire Wood-Fired Pizza was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication was very responsive and easy - Salvatore and the crew were a pleasure to coordinate with. On the day of our wedding, they were ready to go at our venue space as soon as we finished our ceremony, and they were so friendly, very accommodating and overall wonderful to have there. The food was delicious and affordable, with a menu that helped us accommodate all diets and food restrictions, including a guest with a newfood allergy that they were more than willing to assist with. Everyone at our wedding talked about the pizza all weekend - we chose some really interesting topping varieties and while they were all popular, the crowd favorites were the Evan Squared and the Hot Honey. We'd enthusiastically recommend Toss & Fire to cater any wedding or event!
