The Sauce Cocktails & Catering is a full service food & beverage catering company offering customized menus for weddings, social events and corporate events with the utmost attention to detail and quality of service. We are fully licensed as a caterer and carry a 12(c) liquor license as well as full liability and liquor insurance.
Amy Zediana Dearth, CSEP, owner of The Sauce Cocktails & Catering, is a seasoned event professional having started her business as a planner. This training in detail and organization is a key factor in considering the plans for your catering service. We choose to focus on three specific items for catering...taste, presentation, and service. Combining details and striving for excellence in the three categories leads to a memorable experience for you and your guests.

All around amazing
Great company to work with, their chef went above and beyond to create a fully custom menu for us and the staff was fantastic. Also: cannoli cart!
