Highly recommend!!
We could not have asked for a better catering company to work with and we are so grateful to everyone at Robert Ryan Catering & Design that made our day possible! They were so organized and attentive to every detail which made planning a wedding from out of state a lot less stressful on our end! They were so accommodating, professional, responsive, and kind throughout the whole planning process and worked with us every step of the way. We received so many compliments from guests on how delicious the food was and how smoothly everything was run the day of our wedding. We cannot recommend Robert Ryan Catering enough! John and Brianna and everyone on the team were absolutely incredible-we felt so taken care of on our wedding day and had the most incredible day!
A Dream Team
We truly enjoyed working with Robert Ryan Catering to plan our wedding at Philander Chase Knox estate. From our first meeting with Amanda to tour the estate to when we were walking out at the end of our reception, we felt prepared and taken care of. Amanda guided us through the planning process and was always around to answer questions and provide advice, making it as painless as it could be. She helped us make sure all of the details were thought through and prepared everything so that the day went smoothly. At the reception, Talia ensured that everything went off perfectly. She checked in with us, made sure we had food and drink, and made us feel like we were guests, not hosts. All of the staff, from the bartenders to the valet team, were kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. Plus, the food and drinks were fantastic. Thank you to everyone at Robert Ryan for helping us have the perfect wedding!
Amazing Experience From Beginning to End!
My husband and I seriously will never stop raving about our experience working with Robert Ryan Catering for our 5/4/25 wedding at the Philander Chase Knox Estate! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. The food was absolutely delicious — we received so many compliments from our guests — and the service was seamless. Communication throughout the planning process was prompt, clear, and collaborative. We felt completely heard and supported; in particular, John (our point person during the planning process) always responded with total kindness, professionalism, and grace to my numerous frantic emails about inconsequential details :) We also wanted to give a huge shoutout to our day-of coordinator, Brianna, who was nothing short of exceptional. She was calm, kind, organized, and completely on top of every detail. We truly felt like we were in the best hands, and she helped bring our vision to life better than we could have imagined. When I say I felt absolutely zero planning-related stress on my wedding day, I 100% mean it - Brianna and the rest of the staff at Robert Ryan took care of it ALL without a second thought. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend Robert Ryan Catering & Design to anyone looking for amazing food, exceptional attention to detail, and a team that goes above and beyond to realize and execute your vision for your wedding day.
