Mattison's is chef owned and operated. Chef Paul Mattison oversees every detail of your event. We strive to source all-natural, antibiotic and hormone free ingredients to create menus you and your guests will be raving about long after your event is over. Our highly experienced staff is second to none in professionalism, customer service and their attention to detail. Mattison's supports the community, regional farmers, and local culinary suppliers. Mattison’s Catering Company offers in-house and off-site options, certified wedding and event planners and custom menu options to meet the needs of you and your special guests.

    Lisa and her team were such a pleasure to work with! Even in the face of our numerous changes to the proposal, Lisa was so professional and kind throughout the whole planning process! So many guests raved about the food and beverages on the day of the wedding! We have been fans of Mattison’s for many years now, and this only reinforced our love for their food and service quality!     From the very first time we spoke with Lisa at Mattison's Catering Company, we were impressed by their frequent, helpful, and efficient communication style. The quality of their work was truly amazing - they went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Lisa made sure to go above and beyond her job duties to ensure we had a beautiful wedding, and our day wouldn't have been as perfect without her! She was so flexible with all of our needs and worked very closely with us, just being so incredibly helpful every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better catering company to bring our vision to life.

    Mattison's Catering was a wonderful choice for our wedding. Their communication via email was always timely and professional. The quality of the food was excellent - many of our guests went back for seconds! They were very accommodating to our menu requests and efficiently served dinner to all 100 guests. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious; guests raved about the Peking duck and southern food. For the money, Mattison's Catering delivered exceptional value with their delicious food and smooth service. We would highly recommend them to any couple planning a wedding.

    I have to be honest, we did not even do a tasting before hiring Mattison's. We live a few hours away and food was not at the top of my priorities for the wedding. Mattison's had good reviews, was approved by our wedding planner and venue, reasonable pricing, allowed us to buy our own alcohol, and most importantly, had a straightforward contract, unlike some other caterers in the area we spoke with. Lisa at Mattison's was so wonderful to work with: pleasant, responsive, and flexible. Our guests turned out to have a laundry list of food allergies and they handled it no problem. So many guests commented on how great the food was. Highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!
