Chive is a catering and event planning business known for their eclectic and fashionable cuisine. Drawing inspiration from California’s fusion cuisine and European flavors - led by Chef Suzy has developed a distinctive menu that features classic and cosmopolitan dishes. Serving special occasions throughout Michigan, this company aims to complement your big day with a wholesome and palate-pleasing dining experience.

Our menu taps into Portuguese, Western European and Mediterranean flavor profiles as well as flavors from California’s fusion cuisine. Chef Suzy is dedicated to her style of cooking which is a melting pot of her upbringing in the San Francisco East Bay as well as her travels and endless love for cultures all over the world and the US.

Chive Catering Events was wonderful to work with for our shower. From the very first call, their team was flexible, kind, and extremely detailed in their communication. The quality of their work was top-notch, with clear attention to detail and impeccable organization. Our guests couldn't even tell that all the food was vegan, and they raved about how delicious everything was. Suzy, our coordinator, was on time and helped make sure all the little details were just right on the day of. We're so grateful to Chive Catering for helping make our special day perfect.

Chive was incredibly helpful in putting our wedding together. They were efficient and fast as well as flexible and insightful. Our wedding day looked gorgeous and a large portion of that was due to Chives professionalism and experience. They helped to make one of our happiest days ever look amazing and stress-free allowing us to enjoy our special day.

Great! Suzy was communicative, timely, and thorough throughout our wedding planning process. Chive is a high-quality company. We loved Chive's delicious food and beautiful decorations at a wedding we went to last year. When we began planning our wedding, we knew Chive was the way to go. Suzy was an absolute professional and was able to help us with every minute detail. During our initial meeting with Suzy, we loved how imaginative she was in helping represent both our cultures in our food options. She also helped us develop a menu that was best suited for the season. Last minute, we decided to add dessert to our menu, and Chive created delicious unique cupcakes, and a gorgeous cake that were custom designed to fit our wedding theme. I was blown away! Chive helped make our special day special and we are very grateful--thank you, Suzy!

Suzy is above her class. I requested catering that would support a medieval theme for a castle wedding. She did her research of medieval period food and made sure her presentation matched our decor. She exceeded all my expectations. Her menu was special diet friendly and full of flavor. Highly recommend her services if you want a elevated menu unique to your event. kid and special diet friendly
