I’m sorry to hear you choose to leave a review which is unfortunately untrue. We were only contracted to make and provide the food that you ordered, and your kitchen staff was supposed to help with the service, wait staff and clean up. None of your staff was there to do what was contracted, and we arrived early and stayed late to get the job done. We were not given the proper tools to clean the grill and were told to just leave it as is. We spent 1.5 hours after service cleaning the kitchen, which again, we were not contracted to do, but did it anyway. I never asked for any gratuity directly, I simply let you know we were leaving the event and thanked you for having us. If you wouldn’t have fallen short on the staffing promises you told us we’d have on this day, the entire kitchen would’ve been clean. For those customers reviewing this review, I hope this information provided by this customer will be taken with a grain of salt, as not all details can be thoroughly explained. We went above and beyond, as we do at every event (and is previously reviewed by our customers) and in this case this is a very unfortunate case of mis management from the customer side in not fulfilling her restaurant staffing that was contracted and promised.
