    Not a single dessert was left after our wedding and we bought a ton of extras just in case. No one could tell they were all gluten free! As a gluten free bride it was nice to be able to try everything at my wedding. Amanda was supper accommodating to whatever amount and whatever flavor of cupcake, cookie, bar, etc. wanted at our wedding.     My husband and I used Amanda for our cakes at our June wedding. I have Celiac Disease and Amanda was fully prepared to make all of our cakes gluten-free. All of my guests loved the cupcakes we ordered, especially the brown butter bourbon peach cupcake. She did a beautiful job and I was so happy to be able to safely enjoy all of the cupcakes at my wedding. We highly recommend Uncommon Cakes because of how easy Amanda is to communicate with, how accommodating they are, and most importantly how delicious and beautifully decorated the cakes were.

    Amanda created a beautiful and incrediblly delicious two tier, two flavor cake for our son and his wife to celebrate their recent marriage. Amanda was flexible, creative, very responsive and easy to work with in this process. I cannot imagine anything better than working with her and I highly recommend her services!
