Sweet E's Pastries
Sweet E's Pastries is a small, family-owned husband and wife team who love creating desserts that are both visually captivating and delicious. E is short for Erin who has loved to bake since her grandma first tied her apron strings when she was little! Her husband Allen is often busy behind the scenes, building display pieces, keeping track of inventory, taste testing (quality control!), and delivering the goods.
So many times wedding cakes or cupcakes will be jaw-droppingly beautiful, but the taste is lack -luster. Erin strives to ensure that the inside of each dessert is just as appealing, if not more so, than the outside. For us, pastries that taste as good as they look are the most critical part! We also pride ourselves in creating desserts that are just the right amount of sweet...never over the top! You may also find yourself falling in love with our buttercream flowers-often mistaken for the real thing! We pride ourselves in using only buttercream or chocolate embellishments on our cakes, further ensuring that every bite will be irresistible!

The absolute BEST
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience than the one we had with [Company Name] for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were, hands down, the most delicious cupcakes and cake we’ve ever had — and we weren’t the only ones who thought so! Not a single cupcake was left by the end of the night. Everything was beautifully done, and the owner went above and beyond every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating — even going so far as to prepare separate batches of cupcakes to keep family members with severe peanut and gluten allergies safe. That level of care meant so much to us. On top of that, she personally hand-delivered everything and set up the entire display on the day of the wedding, which looked absolutely stunning and took so much stress off our shoulders. Beyond her incredible baking talent, she was also one of the sweetest, most supportive people we worked with throughout the entire wedding planning process. She made us feel genuinely cared for, and we’ve stayed in touch even after the wedding — which says everything about who she is and how much she puts into her work. We are so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly!
Look no Further for a Dessert Vendor
Wow. Just WOW. Erin is an artist in the kitchen and a sweetheart in real life. I explained how our wedding was in an outdoor, gardeny setting and she took the theme and not just ran, but SPRINTED with it (teeny cupcakes served out of teacups?? Like, cmon now). Erin created the most gorgeous desserts I have ever seen in my life that were so exceptionally tasty as well. She is so fast to respond, so receptive and so amazingly talented. She is punctual and so reliable. Erin took inspiration from a picture of a bouquet I also sent my florist and made it come to life on our cupcakes. From afar, I thought she found real florals to decorate the desserts with or something. Only up close could you tell it was her carefully and gorgeously crafted work. Her broad menu and offer to take requests made it so easy to build a well rounded menu that my husband and I, and our guests will remember for a very long time. We wound up having cupcakes, mini donuts, various cheesecakes, crumb cake and a small cutting cake. I couldn’t choose a favorite and had leftovers to enjoy for nearly a whole week following our wedding. We love you, Erin!!! Thank you for being such a big part of our wedding day.
THE BEST CAKE WE HAVE EVER TRIED!
Back when my husband and I were deciding on a flavor for our wedding cake, Sweet E's provided us with several different samples to choose from. They were all soooo delicious but one flavor definitely stood out the most to us...BUTTER BEER! We both agreed that it had to be the best cupcake we've ever tried. So you can imagine our anticipation for getting to eat it again on our wedding night, but this time as a BEAUTIFUL wedding cake. And it definitely did not disappoint! It was just as delicious as we remembered the cupcake being, if not, even more so. The cake itself was STUNNING, but the flavor was to die for! Even if you're not getting married, I highly recommend getting some of their butterbeer cupcakes!

Erin was such a joy to work with. She’s incredibly kind, responsive, and made the whole process feel effortless. Her attention to detail and great communication gave us total confidence from start to finish.
