Glittery Nibbles

Glittery Nibbles is a dedicated gluten-free bakery under the Texas cottage home law. I specialize in macarons and gluten-free custom cakes. (But I love all things baking so I always try to have a variety of baked goods!) My personal favorite are wedding cakes. The process is intense, but once it all comes together, they’re magnificent.

I think what really sets me apart is that my kitchen is a DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE kitchen. I take pride in knowing that all of the products I use are certified gluten-free and that my kitchen has never had gluten in it. So when I have parents tell me that their little one has an allergy and they’ll need to skip the cookie, I have full confidence in them being able to consume my products and actually enjoy them.
