Welcome to my page! My name is Ethalle, and I always loved to watch baking and cooking competitions. There was always something incredible about seeing how much technical skills, ingenuity, and creativity it takes to create something so beautiful and delicious. It's my absolute pleasure to design your wedding cake and desserts to make your dreams a reality!

As a researcher, I love problem and combining creativity to make something beautiful and memorable. Everything about me is unique, even my name! I love incorporating main trends to really capture my clients visions. I love making delicious desserts and as a home bakery, I take every part of my business personally and professionally. I am certified Cottage Food Operator and an LLC with a background in public health. I cannot wait to make your dreams a reality ❤️

    Ethalle's Cakes and Bakes provided exceptional service for our son’s christening party. Her communication style was polite, clear and respectful throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was truly outstanding and the cake she created was not only delicious, but also aesthetically pleasing and incredibly tasty. The beautiful cake she designed added vibrant color to our event, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed eating it. It is also worth mentioning that her cakes are so very affordable. We were thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Ethalle's Cakes and Bakes to anybody planning a special occasion.

    Ethalle made my daughter’s Frozen dreams come to life! The unveiling of the cake was one of the highlights of her party — my daughter was absolutely thrilled. Ethalle’s attention to detail is incredible; each cake feels personalized and truly tailor-made for the person it’s created for. The cake was as much a work of art as it was delicious. I’m so grateful to Ethalle and will definitely continue ordering from her for any of my future events to make the day extra special!

    Ethalle's Cakes and Bakes was the absolute sweetest to work with for my wedding. I gave her my wedding mood board and she made sure all the cakes and bakes she created matched the theme perfectly! I was especially excited about the rice crispies and cake pops, but by the time I had a moment to grab some, they were all gone! Everyone kept raving about how delicious they were, and Ethalle even gave me a rice crispy treat afterwards (with my wedding colors!) so that I didn't miss out. Tasty custom sweets at a great value - I highly recommend Ethalle's Cakes and Bakes!
