I’m a mom of 4 daughters just trying to do what I love and be able to leave my girls a future!! I have been bartending for about 12 years and finally said I was done with restaurants and left my job in January 2024 and haven’t looked back! Best decision ever!

I make my own brand of Schnapps and all syrups and mixers are made by me fresh from garden to glass. They are delicious and we have 25 flavors and seasonal flavors as well. We do cocktail kits, shot kits, and you can add them on to any package we have! Let’s make your bar vision a reality for your next event.

    We had the best time with Monica!! She was so accommodating, so creative, and so fun to work with. We were from out of town and she helped us along the way with everything!! From creating the most amazing cocktails using homemade ingredients, to designing our bar signs, to creating speciality drinks… I couldn’t be more happy! Any question we had she was quick to answer and help us figure it out!! When we told her we were having some kids and our dog attended she make sure they were included as well with pup cups and mocktails- which I don’t think many people would think of & just made our night so special for everyone. Everyone had a blast!!!
