I tried Dearest on the recommendation of a friend. My siblings and I vacation together with our children. I was able to share a QR code and compile a huge collection of everyone's pictures and sentiments. The platform performed seamlessly. I was able to share all the submitted photos with my entire extended family. This is a must have for any special event or vacation. I highly recommend.

Once you’ve purchased a package from Dearest you’ll provide event details through our customization form so you can have a custom form for your event. You receive a private QR code once we get your details. Your live link will be sent according to the package you’ve selected. Guests scan or click it to open your event form. They upload photos and wishes and sentiments—no apps or registration required.

-A private digital gallery you can share with your guests when you are ready. Unique QR code + URL -Access starts 2 weeks before the event or sooner depending on the package purchased. -Upload window of your choice up to three months -Download all photo files, order prints and/or items like canvas or acrylic prints right through your Dearest photo gallery.

Guest limits are set by your selected package.

You can purchase and set up a gallery for any future date. We’ll send over a customization form for you to provide the details.

No—Dearest works entirely through the browser via QR code or URL, making it simple for all guests.

-Choose your package -Post purchase you’ll receive a customization form so we can get the deep details and set up your custom form. -Download your QR code- be sure to give it a test! -We’ll include a link to our pre-designed templates on Etsy. A super easy way to upload your QR code and create the items you need for your event. Totally optional but helpful! All of the profits from our Etsy store are donated to Vow For Girls. -Share the QR code at the event

Hosts can delete or hide unwanted photos or sentiments and enable/disable guest downloading of originals.

Dearest can be used anywhere. You'll need an internet connection for uploads. Our photo books are printed in New York and can be shipped in the USA and Canada. We are based in Connecticut but we are nationally available.
