The Parched Poppies
We encourage all interested clients to contact us via our website contact form. We offer multiple services that can best be seen on our website. We offer estimates for service if contacted directly. Our staff have more than 25 years of bartending experience. We specialize in weddings, but can do any kind of private event.
After years of being stuck with mundane corporate menus, only constructing vibrant and lively drinks at home for friends and family, and dreaming of owning my own bar, we decided to start The Parched Poppies. Now we get to serve our favorite type of customer every time we tend bar. We have designed menus for a diverse pool of clients, offering from the classics to tailored, custom drinks. Thanks to my fabulous clients, we are growing as bartenders and as a business every year. The Parched Poppies packages
Hydration Station
Our hydration station includes four drink dispensers (1 iced tea, 1 lemonade, and 2 water stations) and the table for them to sit on. Provided with the package will be iced tea, lemonade, water, and the refilling of the dispensers for the duration of service. Water stations will include lemon water and cucumber mint water.

Coffee Nook
Our coffee nook includes coffee and hot water, as well as cups, lids, and sleeves. We will provide the coffee, tea options, cream, sugar, and cups, as well as the table for this all to sit on.

Cocktail Tables
Our cocktail tables include up to six bar height tables with black or white full length linens. We offer additional decor for your cocktail tables if you would like to add a little something extra to them. This includes glass or bronze candlestick holders, glass votives, and colored runners. If you are interested in cocktail table decor, please let us know.

BEST cocktails ever
The Parched Poppies designed my cocktails and menu for us and they were one of the best parts of the day. The cocktails were AMAZING. The menu was absolutely gorgeous too. I wanted something different than what had been trending and they created a beautiful leather draping menu. Our guests loved it!! The cocktails were so unique and tasty. The mixes were all fresh and the communication was great. We felt really taken care of from start to finish. Totally recommend them to every couple.
She Saved My Wedding!
Could not recommend the Parched Poppies enough! Caroline is incredible. My venue required me to have a type 58 catering license in order to serve outside alcohol at my wedding and thank goodness I found her! She went above and beyond and communicated with my venue to make sure I had the perfect day and coverage for my wedding.
Highly Recommend Parched Poppies!
I had the opportunity to work with Parched Poppies recently for a wedding with a welcome drink, multiple bar setups in different locations and a tight timeline. I have done the same setup with multiple mobile bar services and it is never any easy task to pull this off and to do it well. Parched Poppies was a refreshing surprise and absolutely killed it for setup, professional bar service, amazing and delicious cocktails, keeping the guests hydrated without lines and being an amazing vendor to communicate and work with from start to finish! All the things I hope and wish for my clients when hiring a mobile bar service! Parched Poppies set the bar standard high for professional mobile bar services and all the packages and add-ons they offer. I can tell they love what they do and will be referring them to future clients as a preferred vendor. I cannot wait to work with them again soon.
