The Firewell (formally Bar Ember) is the debut of the mobile bar division of The Campfire Experience, a Southern California-based event company known for creating warm, intentional, and beautifully styled experiences. With a background in hospitality and outdoor event design, we launched The Firewell to bring elevated, design-forward bar service to weddings and private events. We’re passionate about hospitality that feels effortless and welcoming. From handcrafted cocktails to thoughtful design, every detail of our service is rooted in creating connection and celebration.

The Firewell blends form and function - a European-inspired mobile bar trailer with professional bartending and seamless service. We offer more than just a beverage station; we create a focal point that complements your wedding aesthetic while delivering a top-tier guest experience. All alcohol is client-provided, allowing you the freedom to curate your own selections while we handle everything else

Dry Hire Rental

Description

Our Dry Hire Rental includes The Firewell trailer (clean and empty) with built-in bar equipment: coolers, service ware, and speed rails. Includes setup, teardown, and up to 6 hours on-site. No staff or service included. $1,250 weekdays / $1,500 weekends. Perfect for couples who want the look and function of a bar trailer while managing their own bar team. Add-ons available à la carte.

Signature Service

Description

Our Signature Service includes The Firewell trailer, 5 hours of staffed bar service, menu consult, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, setup/cleanup, and insurance. $2,000 weekdays / $2,300 weekends for up to 50 guests; $12 per additional guest (max 200). One bartender per 50 guests. 15% off multi-day bookings.

    We were stressed trying to find a cute bar trailer for our event as so many options out there were way too expensive. We loved that The Campfire Experience gave us the option to just have their mobile bar trailer and we provided our own bartenders and booze. Our guests loved it and it made the event even more fun. Highly recommend.

    We had Bar Ember at our wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. The trailer is gorgeous...super unique and beautifully designed. It gave the whole space this elevated vibe without feeling over the top. Just really cool and intentional. Working with the team was easy from the jump. They were organized, super responsive, and made everything feel low-stress. Even though we provided our own alcohol, they handled the bar setup and service like total pros. Our guests kept commenting on how awesome it was and more than one person asked me for their info afterward. If you’re looking for something that feels special and not cookie-cutter, this is it.

    The whole process was really easy. Pete was always available for questions and worked with us on everything the whole way through. The team was incredible with our guests and made everything so much more fun. Very professional and had so much energy. Highly recommend.
