Owners Anthony and Kelsey have over thirty years of combined expertise in the food and beverage industry. We dreamed of taking our bar knowledge on the road and adding a touch to elevate weddings and celebrations. With plenty of hard work and dedication, Rustic Flask began pouring. Whether you’re hosting an intimate backyard gathering or a large elegant wedding, we will craft custom beverage menus and deliver exceptional service.

Description

Each event is completely customizable and based off the number of guests in attendance. Below is what you get when the Rustic Flask comes to your event. Events over 130 require additional bartenders and or bars.

    We were so happy to have Kelsey and Anthony with Rustic Flask run the bar for our wedding! They came up with original cocktails to add to our bar menu, made sure we had enough supplies to last the whole night, and took over all the set up and clean up for the event. Guests had such a fun time at our wedding because rustic flask made sure everyone was happy with a drink in hand. Even when there was a surprise rain storm and everyone crammed in the bar area with them! We would definitely hire them again for our next event!

    Amazing small business, and an even more amazing team. I used Rustic Flask for two events. I first used this team for my wedding. They were so knowledgeable on the bar service, brought up items to discuss that I would have never thought of, and provided a seamless service during the entire event. I did not worry about the bar service once during my wedding! Such a relief as a bride. We loved them so much that we used them again during my baby shower! We had a co-ed shower where the men went golfing then met us ladies at. It was an awesome addition for everyone. They created a mocktail for those not drinking alcohol and specialty cocktails for those who were. Again, amazing service! They cleared cups/appetizer plates without even asking. Overall, such an amazing team and so experienced in this industry. HIGHLY recommend for any occasion. They offer so many versions of a bar from their trailer to a free standing bar to fit any event. Hope to use again in future!

    From the moment we started planning our wedding, the team at Rustic Flask was exceptional to work with. They were open-minded, confident, knowledgeable, and attentive to all of our needs. Their passion, skill, enthusiasm, commitment and reliability were evident in every aspect of their service. They took care of all the small details so we didn't have to worry about that part of our special day at all. They even went above and beyond by creating a custom cocktail for the groomsmen and groom to enjoy while getting ready. Rustic Flask isn't just a bar and beverage vendor - they truly sweat all the little details so you don't have to, ensuring your wedding day is perfect from start to finish.
