Save Yourself the Stress and Look Elsewhere
We hired Free Rein Mobile Bar for our wedding, and they were by far the biggest disappointment of the day. We paid for them to provide everything except the alcohol, yet they ran out of basic mixers like soda and syrup early in the night. They also refused to serve some of the alcohol we had purchased, completely ignoring what was agreed upon. The bartenders themselves were crabby and unprofessional. They cut off multiple guests, including members of our bridal party, claiming they were “too drunk” when they were not. They limited the bridal party to one drink each and even refused to let them bring drinks back to us, the bride and groom. While they were kind to us directly, nearly every other guest complained about their attitude and the way they were treated. That is unacceptable for a service that should be helping create a fun, celebratory atmosphere. In the end, what was promised was not delivered, and the service cast a shadow over our special day. Save yourself the stress and disappointment, we would not recommend Free Rein Mobile Bar to anyone planning their wedding.
Robyn was the absolute best!
Our wedding bar experience with Free Rein Mobile Bar was fantastic. From our first interaction, the Robyn was pleasant, excitable, and highly effective in communicating all the details. On the day of, Robyn was polite, friendly, and hardworking, quickly serving all of our guests and encouraging them to try our home brewed beer. Their attention to detail and quality of service truly exceeded our expectations and contributed greatly to making our special day so memorable. We highly recommend Free Rein Mobile Bar to any couple looking for a top-notch bar experience for their wedding.
Mother’s Wedding Was a Success
I hired Free Rein for my mother’s wedding over the summer. They helped curate a custom cocktail list which included a his and hers specialty drinks. They were able to work with me on creating a lavender gin cocktail. This was extremely important as lavender is my mother’s favorite. Not only were the drinks delicious, but inspired by the bride and groom which made it even more special!! I was also able to rent their bags game for our guests, it was nice to have everything all in one. The bartenders/owners, Robyn and Fatima, were attentive, creative, and so helpful. I will definitely be booking future events through Free Rein!

Free Rein was a wonderful business to work with. Everyone was very professional as well as enjoyable. Our event went very smooth thanks to the help Free Rein mobile bar provided. They were quick, communicable, and fun to have with us. I can't wait to book them again! Thank you guys!
