We only provide services that we are passionate about, which are interactive music curation and DJing, high fidelity sound reinforcement, unique lighting design, and live musician experiences. No photo booths or cheesy pyrotechnics. Our unique style involves minimal quick mixing, musical blends instead of scratching, and a "let the music speak for itself" MC style.

Blew us away
Traveling Discotheque and their incredible group of musicians are true professionals who played a massive role in the best night of our lives. They internalized our vision and made it a reality in their own craft and style. They are so so much more than a wedding DJ. They are musicians and artists who cater a truly unique musical experience. Do not book a DJ without first talking to Rian Souleles. Thank you guys.
Best night ever
Rian went truly above and beyond for our wedding. We hosted a party at our house the night before with some of our favorite local bands and lost our sound guy right before. Rian offered to step in and help out and did a flawless job including some DJing after the bands were done. The wedding itself was a blast. He included a solid mix of songs from our list and went with the flow of the crowd and ended up playing some 90s hits, finishing off the night with one of my all time favorite lcd soundsystem songs and one of our favorite slow songs. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. Totally nailed it. Thanks dude!!
The Traveling Discotheque!
We had a great time working with Rian. We really loved Rian's passion for music. We provided a list of songs for Rian and he did a great job curating the music and his additions worked very well. His mixing was smooth and clean! Our wedding venue was in a remote location and Rian was able to provide equipment for three separate sites with only one site being indoors with outlets. Rian was also responsive and clear during our email correspondences prior to the wedding. He was on time and his setup occurred without a hitch.

One of the highlights was their talented live saxophone player, who added an amazing layer of energy and sophistication to the music. DJ Ryan's skill at mixing different genres was phenomenal - he seamlessly blended tracks and kept everyone engaged on the dance floor throughout the night. What really stood out was how they created the perfect vibe for our celebration. They struck that ideal balance between keeping the party energetic while maintaining the elegance of a wedding reception. Their ability to read the room and adjust the music accordingly helped create unforgettable moments for us and our guests.
