Traveling Discotheque is a DJ and musician collective for music lovers. We are passionate about creating the ideal musical experience and lighting vibe for your wedding. We only provide services that we are passionate about, which are interactive music curation and DJing, high fidelity sound reinforcement, unique lighting design, and live musician experiences. No photo booths or cheesy pyrotechnics. Our unique style involves minimal quick mixing, musical blends instead of scratching, and a "let the music speak for itself" MC style.

Amazing Wedding DJ and Sax!
Rian was a fantastic DJ to have at our wedding and would recommend him to any of our friends. With all the other planning we had to do, we were in good hands with Rian who required minimal guidance throughout the process. What really set Rian apart was the ability to both DJ - playing songs we loved - but also layering in a live saxophonist on top of our favorite tracks. Many of our guests told us after the wedding that they loved our music and the saxophone was one of the highlights of the evening. We highly recommend Rian and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again for another event in the future!

Traveling Discotheque and their incredible group of musicians are true professionals who played a massive role in the best night of our lives. They internalized our vision and made it a reality in their own craft and style. They are so so much more than a wedding DJ. Best night ever
Rian went truly above and beyond for our wedding. We hosted a party at our house the night before with some of our favorite local bands and lost our sound guy right before. Rian offered to step in and help out and did a flawless job including some DJing after the bands were done. The wedding itself was a blast. He included a solid mix of songs from our list and went with the flow of the crowd and ended up playing some 90s hits, finishing off the night with one of my all time favorite lcd soundsystem songs and one of our favorite slow songs. Couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. Totally nailed it. Thanks dude!!
The Traveling Discotheque!
We had a great time working with Rian. We really loved Rian's passion for music. We provided a list of songs for Rian and he did a great job curating the music and his additions worked very well. His mixing was smooth and clean! Our wedding venue was in a remote location and Rian was able to provide equipment for three separate sites with only one site being indoors with outlets. Rian was also responsive and clear during our email correspondences prior to the wedding. He was on time and his setup occurred without a hitch.
