The Loving is a historically Black church that has been beautifully transformed into a modern and intimate event space, perfect for weddings and special occasions. Our wedding packages include: A stunning ballroom, outdoor ceremony space, and/or deck Tables, chairs, cocktail tables, and additional tables for food and cake if needed Table linens (tablecloths, chair covers, napkins) A dedicated team of at least two staff members on-site for day-of assistance Access to our bar with a bartender provided. This gorgeous venue is 13,000 square feet under roof and is situated on 53 private acres near Nashville. The main hall is 5000 square feet, climate controlled, has a huge gas fireplace and will comfortably accommodate 300 guests. Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special!
