The Barn at Woodridge is a family-owned wedding venue in Sistersville, West Virginia. They have been welcoming happy couples and their guests since 2015. The first wedding they hosted was a family event. The day was so successful and the feedback so positive that they decided to make their beautiful barn available to others. Our venue offers a memorable, romantic and serene natural setting amidst the rolling hills of West Virginia. Sitting in the shadows of the highest peak in the eastern portion of West Virginia. Cacapon Resort State Park offers 6,000 acres of exciting outdoor getaways all year-round. The word Cacapon is a derivative of a Shawnee Indian word meaning "medicine waters," a reference to the area's mineral waters that have been renowned throughout history for their healing powers. Thank you so much for inquiring about True North Farm & Events.  About us, all are welcome!  Our expansive grounds provide a multitude of options and views as well as a historic tobacco barn (not climate controlled) as an indoor space. The venue house is 3,000 sq ft with a large kitchen, easily divided for day-of preparation. Each side has access to a full sized bathroom. Access to spa inspired Glamour Room included in all packages. There’s an event level restroom for guests. No vendor restrictions, however we believe in making moments worth remembering so the distribution of alcohol to guests is prohibited, this can be explained further during your tour. 

Couples love the open air chapel among the trees and next to the ornamental pond. The large indoor reception space has floor to ceiling white shiplap. Guests love the 60ft outdoor deck overlooking the open air chapel.
