I first met Pam for my Bridal Trial (which we set up for the morning of my Bridal Shower). I received non-stop compliments about how flawless my makeup was. About a month before wedding day, Pam followed up with the wedding day timeline which made it easy to communicate to my girls. Wedding day! Pam arrived on time, had set up so quickly and was ready to go! All my bridesmaids were so shocked on their makeup. I had a range of different skin colors and textures of my girls and Pam was able to work with the different skin tones! They were absolutely breathtaking. Its rare to find someone who can provide services working with a wide range of skin tones. Now, my makeup was absolutely fabulous! The smokey eyes, wispy lashes, contoured cheeks and blush was gorgeous. I couldn't stop looking at myself in the mirror. I felt the most beautiful on my wedding day. Pam took her time and adjusted if I wanted something darker or different. I, of course, wanted alllll the glam. She gave me a beautiful glow on my shoulders and chest. My makeup lasted all day. Aside from being among the most prepared people in the room (which made us feel very comfortable!), they really put us at ease with how they were able to navigate all the family groupings and dynamics to get a series of incredible portraits without ever getting frustrated with our changes and craziness. When documenting the bridal and groom suites while we getting ready, they both seemed to melt into the background to grab some amazing candids, and those shots are some of our favorites from the night. We were both pretty nervous, excited, and agitated throughout the day thinking about all the moments to follow, and Melanie’s presence was extremely calming. We always felt like we were in good hands, and we so appreciate her positivity and confidence. We are also thankful that she took such great care in addressing the little things that she knew we were nervous about, and we felt very well cared for. From getting my hair colored prior to the wedding, to the hair and make up trial and me leaving feeling like an absolute princess, I was ready for my wedding to come. Sarah made me feel so welcome in her studio and answered any and all of my questions no matter how dumb they seemed. Wedding day came and went in a flash, she was on time (early), she battled my toddlers getting into her things when she first entered and she made me feel like I was her priority, like nothing else mattered except my hair and make up on my special day.
