The Raymond venue is listed on the National Historic Register as the Raymond Motor Company. Originally a 1920’s garage warehouse, it set empty on the town square for decades. Our dream was to create a space for community and celebration in the heart of our charming downtown. It has been our joy to carefully restore it with extra thought and intention to share a most dreamy and awe-inspiring space. We are owned and operated by three friends and visionaries who are local residents who join many others thinking that Raymond is truly a hidden gem with untold potential. We are delighted to collectively realize a dream and fulfill a commitment to serve our community and state and provide a beautiful celebration space for all to enjoy. Welcome! Hereford Hills is an event barn that will host any of your parties, weddings, corporate retreats, reunions, etc. We can provide caterers, photographers, florists, or any event need. All in a picturesque setting on a secluded 35 acre farm. Hereford Hills Event Venue is located on a 35 acre Registered Hereford Cattle Farm. It is conveniently located between Columbia, MS and Sumrall, MS. We are approximately 30 minutes outside of Hattiesburg, MS. We offer a bridal cottage with attached grain silo for a dressing room. The bridal cottage has an elegant rustic feel. We also offer a small grooms cabin for the groom and his party to hang out in until the big moment.

Shane and I gave up our lives in the big city of Houston, both quit our jobs to pursue a life that was more in alignment with where our hearts are. Kara spent 20 years in Real Estate and Shane spent 30 years in Petro Chemical industry. They sold their house in Texas, bought a Poultry farm in Mississippi and now the Homestead Event Venue. They currently enjoy their animals, providing poultry/food for their community and serving in whatever way they can. Homestead Whittington Farm makes hosting your event a stress-free and simple process so you can actually enjoy your time here. You can hold a wide range of events at Castle Hill Pavilion, from weddings and banquets to casual gatherings. With almost 20 years of experience hosting events, we’re confident we can make your special day one to remember. We’re a family business, so you know you’re in caring hands.

Oak Hill Estate hosts both a historic home and a banquet space on its premises. The house is approximately 2,600 sq ft while the banquet space is about 6,700 square feet. The exterior of the estate is meticulously cared for, showcasing green lawns and landscaped gardens. Couples will have separate get-ready spaces, each with their own aesthetic. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Ceremonies can take place indoors or out, and the same goes for receptions. Couples holding their wedding celebration at Oak Hill Estate will have the opportunity to rent various useful additions from the venue’s collection. These may include chairs, tables, chandeliers, centerpieces, bistro tables, and many other items. Two set packages are available. Each of these offers two-day rental blocks as well as seating provisions. In addition to weddings, this venue is pleased to host social gatherings, parties, reunions, retreats, and more.

Built in the 1850's, The Lowry House is a rare hip-roofed galleried cottage. The house was originally located at 426 Fortification Street, but was moved in 1914 when North Congress Street was extended north beyond Fortification Street. It was the residence of Gov. Robert Lowry, who served as governor from 1882 to 1890, after his term in office. The house was also owned by the Hull family who bought the house in 1908 and was responsible for the additions and alterations that occurred. The home and the lot it now sits on were donated to the Mississippi Heritage Trust by Baptist Hospital in 2006 after being named one of MS 10 Most Endangered Historic Places in 2005.

Featuring an array of vibrant botanicals and a variety of spaces, The Plant Venue offers a unique urban experience in Mississippi like no other.

The Ivy Venue sits on the back of 7 acres providing you a private estate feel. The Venue’s stately columns greet your guests as they arrive. This venue captures the elegance of the historic South. The main building is our grand reception room and features a beautiful French door opening to the shaded lawn. The smaller building, which is our sunlit carriage house, offers amazing high ceilings and a gorgeous chandelier.
