“Eric Morales was our DJ for our wedding in Temecula! He was absolutely amazing, helped keep us on schedule and kept the party alive the whole time! I had multiple guests tell me that they were so impressed with his style and loved how he got everyone on the dance floor for a group photo and then immediately started the party with everyone out there! It was so much fun, and if I ever need a DJ for something I will be hiring Eric! I also loved his use of the cold sparklers for our exit and even when there was a hiccup he made sure we got all the pictures! I cannot rave enough about how happy I was with our wedding experience and this company! 10/10 recommend! Also I know a big thing for brides is their playlist, and the platform we used to pick all our songs was so easy to use and Eric even checked with me to make sure everything was as I wanted it! It felt like the soundtrack of us, and everyone could feel that. One of the highlights of the night was when the band came onto the dance floor with drums, trumpet, guitar, and trombone -- and even let us drum in a bit. The energy was unbelievable. And Hava Nagila with a full live band? Unreal. The band/DJ fusion setup made the entire reception feel elevated, unique, and unforgettable. They're truly a one-of-one. We got so many compliments throughout the night and later about the music, the vibe, and the experience the band created. Everything ran smoothly -- from emceeing to sound to transitions -- and you can tell the quality of their equipment and professionalism is top-notch. We first met Seth at a wedding vendor expo event at our reception venue and were immediately impressed by the quality of his sound system and his ability to mix the selected soundtrack live. Seth is very communicative. In our first meeting with Seth, it was already immediately apparent that he was very experienced and very passionate about making our wedding day special and everything that we wanted it to be. We felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and on the day of the wedding he executed flawlessly. As for the preparation work, Seth schedules multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding day which eases a lot of the nerves heading into busy planning season. Seth also has an app that you can download on your phone which is awesome because it allows you to edit details of your wedding day timeline and playlist on-the-go as we were making decisions during the planning months. On the day of the wedding, Seth came prepared having downloaded all the music that we talked about ahead of time and he kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT (over 3 hours). Seth responded to the audience and was able to mix a variety of genres that we had requested (like country, pop, spanish music, musical songs, etc) over various sets across the evening. He also coordinated our photo booth which was a nice touch that all the guests really enjoyed and had a second person stationed there for help all night. We couldn't recommend Seth enough to other couples who are in need of a DJ! Thank you, Seth!”

“When I say that Dylan and the Moon Units MADE our wedding, I am not exaggerating. They not only delivered, the exceeded our already high expectations in every way possible. Music was extremely important for my husband and me, and we knew immediately that we wanted a live band to elevate the evening. We found Dylan and the Moon Units' information online, and after finding that they were very within our budget we reached out and Dylan invited us to one of their gigs in Hollywood. We loved their vibe and booked them. We asked Dylan to play both our ceremony and our reception, as well as play preset playlists for our pre-ceremony and cocktail hour. Now, I must admit, because music was so important for my husband and my special day, we had *very* specific ideas for what we wanted. Dylan was extremely communicative, answering all of my extremely needy and detailed emails in a timely manner and doing everything he could to reassure me that we were in good hands. We made selections from the list of songs they knew, and also asked them to learn about 10 new songs for us, ranging from unique arrangements of existing songs to deep cuts from 90's movies. Dylan's communication was warm, expeditious, and professional, and I felt really well taken care of. At our wedding, though, is where they exceeded our expectations. The live music they played was amazing, and set the tone for our wedding in the exact way we were hoping for. At the reception, they kept the energy up with a perfectly curated playlist of our requests (and we had quite a lot!) songs they knew would keep the party going. Their song choices appealed to the older crowd as well as the Millennial crowd. Dylan even help me set up a surprise performance for my husband, where I sang one of this favorite songs ("Go Cubs Go") with the backing of the Moon Units band. It was an incredibly special moment. And creating special moments was what Dylan and the Moon Units did best. Somehow, they managed to keep the dance floor packed the entire evening. Months after our wedding, our guests have continuously called out Dylan and the Moon Units as an absolute highlight of our wedding, saying that it was musically one of the best weddings they have ever been to. All-in-all, I cannot recommend Dylan and the Moon Units enough. As someone who was VERY specific about the music at my wedding, they exceeded all of our expectations. Book them for your wedding ASAP - you will not be disappointed.”

Not just a DJ who sets up an iPhone or Spotify and lets it ride mindlessly, but a DJ who reads the crowd, takes input from the bride and groom, and uses his skill and best judgement to provide music that gets everyone on the dance floor. Literally everyone at our wedding was on their feet for dancing and loved all the music DJ Trey played! He also was fantastic in making sure all of the music played on their appropriate cues and was well-prepared. He was great to work with for our wedding and we can’t wait to throw another party just so we have an excuse to use DJ Trey again!”

Day of the big day, everything from the ceremony to reception and speeches went so smoothly. He had a great setup, no issues with audio, and even brought some killer lights that helped set the dance vibes. We had so many guests commenting on how amazing the DJ was. He incorporated a sample of our names over the music that really killed with our guests during the dancing portion of the day. The customization was so great and memorable. Our friends are still quoting it! The entire day went so smoothly and the dance floor was grooving all night long. Tiger has amazing music taste. “We hired Bob Gail's dance band "Higher Ground" for our wedding last month at the Bel Air Bay Club. Having a live band at our wedding was always my dream but admittedly not my fiancee's or her family's. Any skepticsim completely evaporated by the time the wedding reception started. Our band--11 pieces, including trombone--was spectacular. I really can't say enough about how fun the evening was with Higher Ground leading the dance floor. We, and all our guests, danced non-stop. From start to finish, the band's song selections perfectly matched the energy throughout the evening. Every member was super talented, with the lead singers perfectly capturing the sound and feel of the original songs but with an energy that is only possible performed live. We were seriously impressed with their sheer versatility, jumping effortlessly between different genres and eras. We also had a few specific requests that the band very flexibily accommodated. We had choreography for our first dance and the band offered to rehearse with us before the reception. We also wanted to play some recorded songs during the band's breaks and they wove our songs into their own set list seamlessly. Bob Gail also offered a very intuitive song selection tool on which we could specify which songs we wanted to hear at the wedding. They even went out of their way to learn a song that was not part of their set list but that they knew we love. The band members were also incredibly friendly and gracious. They felt like a part of the family for the night. Even now, a month after the wedding, we still have family members tell us how great the band was and one guest even told me she can't wait to hire them for her own son's wedding no matter the cost.”
