Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $5,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $5000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. Our guests tell us that a feeling of total tranquility occurs when the pull into our property. We are kindly referred to as 'A Modern Space in a Quiet Place'. Chapel in the Hollow is a quaint, mini Smoky Mountain wedding chapel and is a family owned and operated business — by Ian and Chastidyi. You will speak with one of us each time you email or call, and we will do our best to make you feel at home in our little slice of heaven. This sweet little chapel is on a piece of private property near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which means you get to enjoy the best part of the Smokies without having to deal with tourists, strangers, permits, or government regulations. This is an outdoor only wedding venue for your ceremony, and we have a bridal suite for the couple to use to change.
