We had our wedding reception here back in December, and the support and service that we had with the people at the Jerome was amazing, we wouldn't have changed a thing. They were friendly and helpful with the people who were setting up our event and communicated with us well. The special tour around the place was nice because we got to know them when we made our reservation. And yes, we had our wedding on a Wednesday and the event was just as good as if it were on a Saturday night!
