From the very beginning, he was very responsive and flexible in meeting with us over the phone or on zoom. We were able to customize a video package that suited our wants and needs for the day, and that worked with our budget. Once we signed an agreement with Jeremy, there was a lot of time where contact between us was not necessary, but Jeremy reached out to us after every payment that we made to check in and let us know that he had received it.
