House of Broel was built as a story and a half family dwelling in 1850 in the Garden District of New Orleans. In 1884 the family decided they needed room for weddings and parties so they had the house lifted, making it a two and a half story mansion that we use today for events as they did back centuries ago. The Victorian style makes for the perfect romantic setting for your wedding, as well as the enjoyment of being on historic Saint Charles Avenue with its access to many five star hotels and the Street Car line.

The NOCCA Foundation is the nonprofit that supports the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, which is Louisiana's arts conservatory for high school students. The Terminal, located at Lakefront Airport, is a New Orleans Tradition, dating back to the 1930's. At the time of its grand opening it was considered an architectural masterpiece. Built by the same architect that designed the Louisiana State Capitol building, it was the first major airport in the region, and served proudly as a general aviation airport to this day. Inside the terminal building, travelers would find an Art Deco wonderland, featuring murals by artist Xavier Gonzalez, friezes by Enrique R. Alferez and an array of stone wall and floor treatments. The Crossing, a beautifully restored building from the 1820s, is in the heart of Rivertown and is the perfect venue for your New Orleans wedding, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, prom, brunch, or special event.
